Tour Manager
An applied graduate who has the ability to analyze needs, design, execute, and control domestic and international tour package products. Determines the type of tour package product, applies calculation techniques, creates tour packages for sale or on-demand, and monitors and evaluates tourism travel operations; Tour Planning.
Travel Manager
An applied graduate who can analyze customer characteristics from various groups, communicate effectively, create promotional media for travel products, sell to diverse customer groups, and meet sales targets in each period; Tour Guiding.
Ticketing and Reservation Manager
An applied graduate who can provide flight service information by reading availability systems (manual or computerized), record and create customer requests in the Passenger Name Record (PNR), calculate ticket prices including taxes, insurance, and other fees, issue tickets according to customer requests, and manage reporting for each ticket issued. Oversees reservation and ticketing operations; Airline Fares and Ticketing.
Event Manager
An applied graduate who can analyze event customer needs, plan and organize various types of events—personal, sports, MICE, and others. Plans, manages, and executes events, manages human resources, marketing, finances, anticipates risks, ensures event legality, and evaluates event execution.
